Basic Project Instructions:
1. Hoop a piece of cut away stabilizer and stitch placement line
2. Cover placement line vinyl, felt or fabric
3. Stitch design
4. Secure backing under hoop, stitch final bean stitch
5.  Unhoop, cut out and slip on napkin holder.
